•    USA: Orders over $120 (USD)
•    Australia: Orders over $210 (AUD)
•    UK: Orders over £125 (GBP)
•    Canada: Orders over $170 (CAD)
•    Rest of World: Orders over $135 (USD)

UK (Domestic) Shipping
•    Standard (Tracked 24): Estimated 1–2 working days.
•    Next Working Day: Order by 2:00 pm GMT (Mon–Fri).

Orders placed after 2:00 pm or on weekends/Bank Holidays ship the next working day (e.g., orders placed Sat/Sun dispatch Monday for Tuesday delivery).

International Shipping
•    USA: Typically 4–7 working days..
•    Rest of World: Generally 5–14 working days.

For all international destinations (including the USA), please allow up to 28 calendar days to account for customs clearance and local postal delays.

Express Options
We also offer UPS Express ( 2–4 working days). Orders placed after 12:00 pm GMT dispatch the next working day. Weekend orders dispatch Monday.

Delivery
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a secure and suitable sized mailbox or delivery location for receiving packages.

In the event that the customer does not have a suitable mailbox or secure delivery location, and the package must be left exposed (e.g. on a doorstep), the customer assumes full responsibility for the security of the delivered package.

Shipping Address
Customers must provide a full and complete shipping address when placing an order. This includes all necessary details such as street number, street name, apartment or suite number, city, state, and zip code.

Customers assume full responsibility for any issues that arise from providing an incorrect or incomplete address. This includes delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges.

If you choose to have your order delivered to a parcel shop, collection point, locker, or third-party address, please note that once the item is marked as delivered by the courier, we are no longer responsible for the parcel. Any loss, theft, or misplacement that occurs after delivery to the nominated location is beyond our control, and you will need to follow up with the delivery provider directly.

Customs Charges

U.S. Orders
For deliveries to the United States, we cover all import duties and tariff charges—the price you see at checkout is the final price you’ll pay (no additional customs fees on delivery). 

Rest of the World
International orders may be subject to further delay or a customs charge that we cannot be held responsible for. Custom charges can vary between countries to countries.
