How do I find my perfect size?

We want you to feel amazing in your Colorsuper pieces. Use our size guide below to find your best fit. If you’re still unsure, email us at orders@colorsuper.com.

Are your bottoms adjustable?

Yes, most of our bottoms are fully adjustable at the sides (sliders or tie sides) so you can get the perfect fit.

The top is too small for me?

If you need a slightly more generous fit in the bust, the inner pads are removable - we find taking them out gives you just a pinch more space. If you are still finding the fit too small after removing the pads, we do offer returns and exchanges to help you find the right size!

I’m in between sizes, what should I do?

Most of our pieces are designed for a snug, supportive fit. If you prefer a bit more coverage or are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up.

Returns & Exchanges
How do I track my return status?

Once your return arrives at our studio, it will be inspected by our team. This usually takes up to 2 business days from the date your tracking shows "Delivered". Once approved, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method.

Can I exchange my items?

Yes! We offer a one-time exchange per order. Please email us within 7 days of receiving your goods to start the process.

Do I need to return the entire set?
  • For Exchanges: No, you only need to return the specific piece (top or bottom) you wish to swap.
  • For Refunds: Yes, the full set must be returned (top, bottom, and PVC bag).
Please note: Apart from our "Essentials" range, we do not mix and match styles/colors. Sets are sold as shown on the site.
What if my item is damaged or faulty?

We’re so sorry if your order arrived less than perfect. Please email orders@colorsuper.com with a photo of the damage and your order number.

Orders & Tracking
Can I change or cancel my order?

We move quickly so that your swim arrives as quickly as possible. If you need to edit or cancel your order, please email us immediately. We will do our absolute best to catch it before it ships.

How will my order arrive?

Most orders are shipped in our signature branded mailers. If you’d prefer yours to arrive in discreet, plain packaging, just leave a note at checkout or email us at orders@colorsuper.com with your order number.

Where is my order?

We typically pack and ship orders within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as it’s on its way.

  • International Customers: Please allow up to 28 days for delivery to account for customs clearance and local postal variations.
My package is marked "Delivered" but I can't find it.

Carriers sometimes scan packages early! Please wait 2 business days and check with neighbors or secure delivery spots. If it still hasn't appeared, please contact us at orders@colorsuper.com.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide with both Standard and Express options available at checkout.

Can I ship to a parcel shop, locker, or third-party address?

Yes, you can. However, please note that once the courier marks your order as "Delivered" to that location, we are no longer responsible for the parcel. Any loss, theft, or misplacement that occurs after the courier has dropped it off is beyond our control.

Do I have to pay customs or import fees?

UK & USA: Great news! All UK VAT and USA customs/duty fees are fully covered by us. There are no hidden charges upon delivery for these regions.

Rest of World: For all other international destinations, your order may be subject to local import duties or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
